I’ve been singing from the moment I could make noise and spent much of my childhood driving my family crazy by making them sit through hours of home concerts.

Throughout my early years, I performed in various bands and duos while trying my hand at an assortment of other jobs. I worked as a party fairy at children’s birthday parties, attempted to sell houses and even sold shoes, but music was the only thing I was ever truly passionate about.

​

I also spent years in the studio top- line writing for producers. That was where I began putting in my hours on Ableton, learning how to comp and edit vocals before eventually producing music and creating my own mashups. Moving into DJing felt like a natural progression because I could instinctively hear which songs belonged together, and which unexpected combinations would make a dance floor light up.

In 2021, I met Brad at an event. We discovered a room at the party with incredible acoustics and spent the rest of the evening singing in there while trying to convince all the other partygoers to come and listen to our impromptu concert. It was a very full-circle moment for the girl who used to make her family attend concerts in the living room.

We’ve been playing together ever since.

Our first gig as a duo was a dinner on the Kalbarri Skywalk. From there, we moved straight into performing four or five gigs every week, constantly testing ourselves by taking requests on the spot. Those years taught us how to read a crowd, adapt instinctively and choose the right music for the people in front of us.

Since that first evening in Kalbarri, Brad and I have performed more than 1,000 shows together, and somehow, performing alongside my best friend still feels just as special as it did at the beginning.
